I love that AFFT helps keep families together. Having worked in Foster Care organisations previously, there are a lot of kids in the system who don’t need to be there - they have families, but the family feels they can’t take on another mouth to feed.
AFFT’s vulnerable families programme provides support to families caring for kids who would otherwise be at risk of entering the system, and keeps these kids in their own communities, which reduces their trauma!
